At IWAYS TOYS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1-2  days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@iwaystoys.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our response with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
4. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
